Before you make a repair request, please read through

If your toilet won't flush...
There may be something blocking the pipes. Attempt to flush the toilet once and then press a plunger into place over the drainage hole. Pump the plunger up and down to push anything that's stuck out.
You can also lift the lid on the back of the toilet to verify that the flushing mechanism is still properly connected.
